13 priceless travel tips for first-time travelers
01. Pack like a Pro: Remember, if you can’t close your suitcase, you probably don’t need those 27 pairs of shoes. If you're unsure, throw out half your stuff and bring twice as much money.
02. Wardrobe Wisdom: Always wear your heaviest clothes on the plane. You might look like a marshmallow, but you’ll save space in your luggage!
03. Luggage Love: Tie a ridiculous ribbon or attach a weird sticker to your suitcase. It’s easier to spot a neon pink suitcase with a rubber chicken than a plain black one. Plus, it gives you an excuse to use that glittery unicorn tag you’ve secretly wanted to show off.
04. Pack a Universal Translator (a.k.a. Your Best Friend): If you're going somewhere with a different language, bring a friend who can fluently speak it. If you don't have one, start learning miming and interpretative dance!

05. Bring a Small Pillow for Your Neck and Your Sanity: Long flights can be brutal. A small pillow not only saves your neck but can also be used to stifle your angry screams when the baby in the next row starts crying.
06. Snack Attack: Always pack snacks. Not just for you, but for bribing fellow travelers, grumpy customs officers, or distracting wild animals. You never know when trail mix will save the day.
07. Hydrate Creatively: Pack an empty water bottle and fill it after security. Or, if you’re feeling rebellious, try sneaking a cactus on the plane. They’re low maintenance and a conversation starter.
08. Emergency Entertainment Kit: Pack a small bag with a deck of cards, a couple of dice, and a notepad. If your flight gets delayed, you’ll have everything you need to start an impromptu casino night in the airport.
08. Selfie Stick Shenanigans: Bring a selfie stick, not for selfies, but to poke your travel companions when they fall asleep or to retrieve items from high shelves. It’s a multi-purpose tool!
10. Language Cheat Sheet: Learn a few key phrases in the local language, like “Where’s the bathroom?” and “Help, I’m lost!” Write them on your arm for easy access and instant conversation starter.
11. Umbrella Alliance: Pack a tiny, foldable umbrella. It’s great for unexpected rain, sun protection, and as a defensive weapon against overly friendly street vendors.
12. Google Translate for Compliments: Learn how to say "I love your hair!" in the local language. It's the fastest way to make friends and get free tips from locals.
13. Mark Your Luggage as Fragile: This ensures your bag is handled with care and usually placed on top of the pile, so it’s one of the first off the plane.
After exchange money and take out foreign insurance we do the last shopping and stroll through the 1.400.000 m² Barigui Park. The park is one of the largest in the city, and is also one of the oldest. It was named after the Barigui River that passes through its interior and was dammed to form a large lake.
