This is the last post of this blog.
You have noticed that I always mentioned headphones and the use of a PC ou a Notebook.

When listening through headphones, external noise is dampened, which allows you to focus on what you're listening to without distraction from other people or surrounding noises. This behavior's comes nearer to listen, than only to hear.
We use hear for sounds that come to our ears, without us necessarily trying to hear them! For example, 'They heard a strange noise in the middle of the night. ' Listen is used to describe paying attention to sounds that are going on. But maybe you a consumer of music - that means not paying attentions to the song. There are always two possibilities:
The first one is: listening to music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness, and memory. Your work flows more easy.
Second one is: the problem to consume music without paying attentions can let you only hear what a people are saying in interpersonal relationships, but you don´t get the more profound meaning behind the scene if it´s important.
Using a PC or Notebook, is like to use headphones. A tiny step to consciousness. You have to sit down in front of the PC or open your notebook. You have to use the switch on button. Not a big deal, but different to use a smartphone. Although the cell phone can be very useful.

Mobile radiations are more intense and harmful for humans while laptop radiations are less intense and less harmful. One 2020 study found that reading on an electronic device such as a smartphone results in lower reading comprehension. Using such devices to entertain or pacify children, they warn, might have a detrimental effect on their social and emotional development. If using our phones too much might contribute to decreased intelligence.
Using often smartphones you´re activating a primitive part of the brain that´s always expects a reward to do something, It´s like a mental prison. You´re always justify all thinks what you do, even it´s foolish.
In contrast to meditation that has the aim to silence you thought and open your mind.
Note: The radiation of excessive use of handys, Notebooks and PCs is Yin. That means in practice. More passivity and growing aggressiveness. Yin also absorbs your energy. Along with bad food habits, lack of exercise and an unbalanced mental field you are trapped. If you wake up or if you go sleep and the first or the last thing you touched is your handy - you are already firmly in the trap. Detoxify yourself!
Yin and Yang are fundamental concepts in Chinese philosophy and culture, representing two opposite but complementary forces or principles that are present in all aspects of life. Yin is associated with qualities such as darkness, femininity, passivity, coldness, and contraction, while Yang is associated with qualities such as light, masculinity, activity, warmth, and expansion. The interaction and balance between Yin and Yang are believed to create harmony and maintain the equilibrium of the universe. This concept is deeply rooted in various aspects of Chinese thought, including traditional Chinese medicine, martial arts, Feng Shui, and Taoism.
